FASD Materials [Print Materials]

Description:
The Government of Alberta Children's Services offers free print materials on the topic of FASD, including posters, booklets, brochures, tip sheets, and newsletters (about 30 items). There are several options for ordering:

Regular ordering:

1. Go to Children's Services website
2. Click on "Order your publications online."
3. Complete the online registration form.
4. Press Submit and then wait a week or two for the instructions to be emailed to you.
5. The instructions will contain a catalogue URL and a password, for use in shopping at the site.

Faster ordering (if you need the materials quickly):

1. Go to Children's Services website
2. Click on "Please print and fill out this form."
3. Send the form by fax to 780-422-1695, or phone 780-644-1301 to phone in your order.
