WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND THE EDMONTON BASE FOR CDN FASD DIAGNOSTIC AND TRAINING CENTRE?????
REFERENCE IS MADE IN A RECENT ASSESSMENT FROM DR. MASSY TO "A SPECIALIZED FASD CLINIC" - WHO, WHAT AND WHERE WOULD THIS BE???????
